Zipato Keypad RFID Enrollment Issue

Hi

I'm trying to setup a Zipato Mini Keypad but I'm experiencing an issue enrolling the RFID tags. I followed the guide, included the device, made sure it was in the same group as the controller etc. All went well but when I follow the routine to enroll a new tag I get the following error even though I am in enrollment mode -
"2016-04-30 10:20:42.536 Error: OpenZWave: Received new User Code/Tag, but we are not in Enrollment mode!"

I've included a screenshot as you can see it is in enrollment mode and tries to register the tag but doesn't work. The User Code Management screen remains empty.

Any help would be very much appreciated as I'm a bit stuck on what to do next.

Any thoughts?

is it likely to be a config issue or potentially a bug? Is there any manual workaround where I can add the tokens, they're recognised but not registered so I assume they were already in the config file\database they'd work.
