Domoticz does not see owl cm113r

Can anyone advise if they have been able to get the Owl CM113r working with Domoticz.

The rfxcom is seeing the Owl unit (in rfxcom manager), however Domoticz does not see it.

Any advice would be appreciated as I am a newbie to Domoticz
