How do I build Domoticz installer for Windows

I successfully built the Domoticz exe with VS2015CE but the installer doesn't get built. What do I need to complete this last step?

(Searched the Forum and the Wiki to no avail.)
Hobbies
Domoticz on Windows Server 2012 R2 on Acer H341, MySensors on Nano/ESP8266, testing on Windows 10
