Sensor gone in Domoticz

Hi,

I was playing around with a watermeter using Mysensors & Domoticz. I saw the watermeter device in the hardware page under "nodes". I also have two sensors then registered in the devices page (waterflow and throughput). All was OK.
But because I wanted to delete history data on the devices, I thought.. well.. in the devices page; I use the blue icon to remove the sensor. Then I went to the hardware setup page of the Arduino Gateway and I have deleted the watermeter node/sensor all together.
But what happened; the sensor did not reappear in the nodes page on the Domoticz gateway page afterwards. . When I went back to the devices page, I saw that the old devices where still present. I didn't notice the trash before, so I didn't actually delete them here before.

The situation where I am in now; for some particular reason the watermeter sensors are still running OK; but the Hardware / arduino gateway page does not show watermeter node at all? In the arduino log the data is still collected for the water meter. So is this a bug or something like that in the nodes page?

I am afraid now, when I delete the watermeter devices in the devices page, it maybe does not reappear at al in the "nodes" hardware page later and then I have a sensor that not work at all? Could this happen? Basically the sensor is working now, but it is not shown correctly in Domoticz? Anyone got an idea what is going wrong?

Did you already do a power cycle of the watermeter ? (accept new hardware enabled?)

Yes I have tried to power cycle the watermeter multiple times.
But where can you set the value then to "accept new hardware" ?

In the settings, make sure 'Accept new hardware' is enabled

Still no luck; This is wat I see in the log:
"New sensors allowed for 5 minutes"

Then I rebooted the watermeter. The line in the log:
Node: 2, Sketch Name: Water Meter
Node: 2, Sketch Version:1.1

Also flushed the toilet to get some data.

Somewhat later in the log:
{Arduino MySensors Gateway} RFXMeter {Watermeter totaal}
{Arduino MySensors Gateway} General/Waterflow {Watergebruik}

.. but still no new devices in Nodes!

that means that you already have those devices, as it can identify them

No I am not using them. I just typed what I saw in the log file.

But that is indeed true, the sensors are working.
To clarify. First I had both the devices and the sensor visible in Nodes, all was OK. I delete the sensor in the Node pages; but I didn't delete the corresponding devices (Watermeter & Watergebruik). Devices still continued to work, but the sensor itself don't reappear in the nodes page on the gateway.

But my problem is.. If i delete the devices (Watergebruik & Watermeter), will the whole sensor then reappear in the nodes page? I am afraid that nothing will then reappear anymore and I don't get any new devices, so then I have a bigger problem. The whole reason for deletion, was that I wanted to delete the history log data of the device "Watergebruik totaal"

Hello,
I see the same behaviour.
But when I restart Domoticz, the deleted node come's back in the "nodes" page.
So i think you should delete the device's to, and then restart domoticz, and then you would see the node and the devices again.

Thanks.. I didn't tried that, but you indeed need to reboot domoticz otherwise the node does not come back..
