My first event is not working

Hi everyone,

I'm starting with domoticz.
I created an first event, but have no idea why it is not working. Does anyone have a suggestion?

Elro-A (Tv kast) is a switch

On for 10 minutes (not 00:10)
Zwave - Sigma Z+ stick, Fibaro, Horstmann, Neo Coolcam, EUROtronic
RFlink - IR detectors and temperatures
Wifi - YeeLights, ESP32s, Anoop sockets
Zigbee - lots with zigbee2mqtt and ZbBridge
