Homebridge and temperature sensors?

Are only switches available from homebridge?
I cannot see my temperature sensors.

Correct. Standard Domoticz plugin only exposes switches & lights. For anything else you need to write your own or switch to eDomoticz Homebridge plugin (& latest version of Homebridge)
Extended Domoticz homebridge-plugin for latest Homebridge - adds temp/humidity/pressure sensors, power consumption sensors, DarkSkies virtual weather station support, YouLess Meter support, general % usage support & switch/lamp status checking!
