Uninstall on Windows 10 - and clean install

I am currently testing Domoticz with MySensor nodes. At a point I had to delete Domoticz and install it again.

However, all my nodes were showing up again after the re-installation. I simply cannot get a clean install of Domoticz now.

I use Windows 10 and have normal user rights, not admin. Can someone tell med how to do a clean install of Domoticz, or where to find the hidden files, so I can delete them myself.

.. did you exclude your nodes from your network before ??? If not, they stord in your controller .

To get it clean you have to hardreset your controller, and manualy delete your install folder. Also look under programdata folder

No information about nodes are stored in the MySensor gateway. All information about nodes are stored at the Controller (Domoticz). Therefore, a clean install of Domoticz should not result in showing old nodes.

I have the same problem. after uninstalling domoticz and deleting the domoticz folder. I installed Domoticz again but my gateway data appeared on hardware section. It seems the data are stored somewhere which uninstalling doesn't clear it!

not that its a problem personally but I've had domoticz on my system 3 times and each time I think i've completely removed it.... reinstall and its all still the same setup

I would be grateful if you might explain how to uninstall Domoticz in baby terms for a newbie.
I installed the stable version and now I need to install the beta - so I want to uninstall the stable on.

I had the same problem. I searched for Domoticz and found the directory with the database.
C:\ProgramData\Domoticz
Delete the database in that directory.
