433 wireless thermometer

In cases like this, some additional information would be nice. What's the manufacturer? what is the type?
Your question is more like going to a garage and asking: I have a red car, can you fix it?
Did you do some investigation yourself, for example by checking the supported hardware list?

I don't see it on the list... It has no brand (chinese product...) it only says it is 433Mhz!
maybe there's nothing we can do...
