HGI80 multiple evohome controller missing devices

Does anyone else operate an HGI80 to monitor and controller the Evohome hardware and have more than one controller?

We have two EvoTouch Colour controllers - one upstairs and one downstairs:

• Upstairs controls 7 zones.
• Downstairs controls 9 zones plus the Hot Water.

Domoticz can see the controller devices, the upstairs zones, and the Hot Water. But NOT the downstairs zones.

The receiver is in the same room as the downstairs controller, and is quite far away from the upstairs controller so I don't believe range is an issue.

Does anyone have an understanding of what would need altering (or where to look to debug) in order to support all the devices?

We also have 2x Remote Gateways, so I could alter the python scripts to consume the two locations, but wanted to completely avoid the round trip to the Internet.

Did you ever manage to find a workaround for your Evohome multiple controllers and Domoticz? I've just set-up my Evohome + HGI80 with Domoticz running on a Windows machine and started to play with the set-up to get a better idea of how it works. You've probably tried this already, but I wondered whether it might work to set-up the first controller and devices in Domoticz and then switch them all off and attempt to add the new controller as another hardware device and see if all its devices then start to appear? Otherwise, I'd probably do something similar to your suggestion and control one of the areas via the HGI80 and the other via the remote gateway scripts.
