happy new year everybody and! power usage fluctuating

Hello everybody,

a happy 2016 from The Netherlands.
let's see if we can make it a better year then 2015

now on topic.

i have noticed that the power usage is not functioning like it should.

i have a Fibaro FGD212 dimmer which functions well

now for the power usage it seems that from time to time the power usage goes to 0 while the light actually is still on.
when you check devices you clearly see the power device using apprix 78 watts and Kwh device is showing a value.
back to the utility tab it shows 0 watt and the Kwh is not running.
anybody has any idea where to look to solve this.

did some further testing.

de fibaro wall plug functions like it should with reporting enabled
with the fgd-212 Domoticz sometimes switches powervalues on/off after a generated report

the only way to get the fgd-212 report the normal power levels is:

turn of al the reports
turn polling on on the device
