HomeEasy HE330 hardware

I have a few of the HE330 plug in mains switches but don't seem to be able to pair them, I have HomeEasy selected as one of the supported hardware types but whe i try and capture the code sent by the handheld remote Domoticz just says (in the end) that it's timed out and nothing was received, the remote works perfectly with the socket so i know it's transmitting, is this particular device not compatible?

P.S I know my RFXCOM is OK as i've captured all my LIghtwaveRF stuff with no issues.

UK HomeEasy operates with the AC protocol.
Enable the AC protocol in the receiver and press the remote button. With receive enabled in Domoticz you will find the HomeEasy device as a Lighting2 AC device.
