Fibaro Roller Shutter

Post by Koensk »

Hi all,

I have this Roller Shutter from Fibaro FGRM222. Works ok with the Aeotec z-wave stick connected in my Synology NAS.
The shutter is working, but I'm not using the Somfy motor to close blinds or things like that. I'm using is to turn so it can wind up some rope connected to pull up a door for my chicken house. (I know it sounds a bit silly  )
Anyway. I cannot use the automatic stop function inside the somfy motor so it knows when is has reached the end.
The thing I would like to do is just tell the Fibaro shutter to clockwise or counterclockwise for an X period of time, let's say 5 seconds should be enough.
At this moment I can push a button to make the motor go clockwise, but the other button only stops the motor and is not making it turn counterclockwise. I'm pretty sure I connected the fibaro module the correct way.

I cannot understand the configuration options and I'm thinking I miss point 4 - 9.

Hope someone can help me a bit, thanks in advance

You normally do the calibration option one time (in ZWAVE device settings Option 29: Start Calibration process).
This will set the top and bottom position of your shutter.
I also do not have 4-9 and they aren't available in the documentation either.
The Stop functionality is something that is/was being looked at by gizmocuz => http://www.domoticz.com/forum/viewtopic ... 610#p59539 and hope we can get something like this available as well.
