rfxcom and HDR-105 klik aan klik uit device, how to add ?

I just both the rfxcom device and most of the devices are connected and working perfectly. I still had an old klik aan klik uit HDR-105 which is working with those wheels to set the code. How can I add this device to rfxcom/Domoticz? There is no on/off switch on the device so when Domoticz is in learning mode I cannot trigger the device so that rfxcom can pick up the signal. Any suggestion?

Add Manual Light/Switch device
Select Switch Type: On/Off
Select Type: ARC
Select the House and Unit code as used on the HDR-105
