inclusion of Minimote
Good evening,
Is it a coincidence, but since the directory AEON_LABS turned into AEOTEC in "domoticz/Config" the Minimote is no longer recognized.

Re: inclusion of Minimote
I have the same problem with the Minimote. I'm using the SD Card image with version 2563.

Re: inclusion of Minimote
Ok, I fixed it. Here is what I did:
1. Remove the old device from your zwave devices list
2. Remove the buttons that you added (learned) from your switches tab in Domoticz
3. Make sure the old device is really gone from the zwave devices list
4. Reset your Minimote (check the manual how to do that)
5. In Domoticz, go to the zwave hardware page and choose 'Include Node'
6. On the Minimote press the 'Learn' button
That did the trick for me. O, I also updated the firmware on the Minimote to version 1.19 because I did not know if I was on that version.

Re: inclusion of Minimote
Good evening,
Indeed, with this method, Domoticz included my Minimote.
But, despite the paramettre 250 is set to "scene", pressing on the buttons does not create new devices.
My MiniMote is updated.

Hello,
a little "up".
I just do another test. Domoticz recognizes my MiniMote but it is still impossible to create devices.

I gave up... I bought the rflink gateway and now use a 433mhz remote to do what I want.

Re: inclusion of Minimote
It's an old thread but I got it working. I also created a page on the wiki how to do it:

Re: inclusion of Minimote
Hello,
I can include the minimote but can not change parameter 250 (Scene Mode).
Minimote is v 1.19 firmware . Domoticz last beta version
Seen and tested all above without success. Is there a newer solution ?
thank you in advance for your help

Re: inclusion of Minimote
Why do you wan't scene mode? Group mode works perfect.

Re: inclusion of Minimote
I read the wiki here "Changing settings" : "Before we can use the Minimote in Domoticz we have to change the parameter: 250. Mode: Group"
I will try again
Thanks

Re: inclusion of Minimote
I too cannot change 250 to scene, tried it for months.
However!
Did a reset of the minimote again today and a new inclusion. Again setting 250 to scene does not work. So I just tried to add a button to a scene and it works! With 250 still on group.
I have a scene where the TV and the setup box are powered on and next via the logitech hub they're taken from standby to "on". That scene is now activated by the minimote button.
So you just might try again.
