[536] Free Push platform Boxcar

Hello,

Can you please consider adding support of boxcar push platform ? (http://www.boxcar.io)
The API is here : http://developer.boxcar.io/api/publisher/
Compared to the 2 push system alreayd in place, this one is free (both application is free and the pushes are free, up to 200 push per minute)
