http action command not working

Post by edwin1234 »

I always sent an ON command and an OFF command through Domoticz, such as:

http://192.168.2.142/control?cmd=gpio,4,1

This always worked fine, but since the latest version of Domoticz, it no longer works.

I have the correct IP addresses configured under the security settings.

I treid it in a normal webbrowser and their it worked.

What could be causing this to stop working?

Regards
Edwin

This seems to be not a Domoticz command but esphome or espeasy or something similar.

Edit: it is indeed EspEasy and not a Domoticz command: https://espeasy.readthedocs.io/en/lates ... mmand.html

Domoticz API commands can be found here: https://wiki.domoticz.com/Domoticz_API/JSON_URL%27s
Domoticz running on Udoo X86 (on Ubuntu)
Devices/plugins: ZigbeeforDomoticz (with Xiaomi, Ikea, Tuya devices), Nefit Easy, Midea Airco, Omnik Solar, Goodwe Solar

I think @edwin1234 does not mean, that it is a domoticz command. It seems that he is using this EspEasy URLs for on and off actions of a device.

And these URLs work in a browser but not, if Domoticz is sending it out

and if you use this

http://192.168.2.142/control?cmd=event,GPIO_ON

and in your ESPeasy

On GPIO_ON Do //event is initiated from domoticz
GPIO,4,1

i used to use it this way but moved to esphome so can not test.

see this page under HTTP call

Thanks for the answers,
But i found out that there was a process on my pi5 that took over my domoticz port and that was the reason why my switch with the http on off command didn’t work.
