New plugin for Teleinfo WiFi interface WiFiTic

Hi,

I have just released a new plugin, mostly for French users that connects to a specific hardware to read electricty meters "Linky".
The hardware is WiFiTic, made by Cartelectronic: https://cartelectronic.fr/accueil/136-wifitic.html

I used to have a login/pass on the wiki to add this plugin to the plugins list page https://wiki.domoticz.com/Plugins but it does not work anymore.....

Looking at device spec, looks to "speak MQTT": Did you tried native auto-discovery integration, even if this'll lack your automatic configuration features for the contract (if the device is not able to show only sensors that make sense depending on this)?
