Using docker with latest image of domoticz: v2026.1 (build 17652).
Output of sqlite3 /opt/domoticz/config/domoticz.db "select * from hardware where id=3" is:
3|Zonnepanelen2|1|108|7|envoy|443|443|<email address>|<password>||30|0|0|0|0|0|0||
and output of sqlite3 /opt/config/config/domoticz.db "select * from uservariables" is:
1|EnphaseToken_3|2|<enphase token>|2026-03-30 18:33:28
2|EnphaseToken_3_ex|2||2026-03-30 16:18:11
I have a bash script using these values for <email address>,<password> and <enphase token> in a curl command to get measurement values, which works. The URL in the curl command uses https://envoy/... The defined port for the hardware device is 443 as can be seen above.
Still I get in the log: 2026-04-06 19:15:43.370 Error: Zonnepanelen2: Error getting http data! (info)
The envoy uses firmware type 8.

Re: How to configure Enphase envoy device (solved)
I found the solution. The problem is with the use of the name envoy, which obviously needs to be translated into an IP-address. I did have such a definition in the host, but it needs to be defined in the /etc/hosts file in the docker image if you want to use names.
The real solution is obviously to use IP addresses.

Good you found it yourself as this was almost impossible to advise without knowing a lot of details of your environment....
