Recommendations wanted for notifications to several Android Smartphones Topic is solved

For me and my family, I used Google Cloud Messaging in combination with the Domoticz Android app. As meanwhile a Firebase setup is needed, I don't like to administer that for each Google Account of my family members.

So before I establish another push service, I like to get your recommendations and experiences in order to choose the most reliable an hazzle-free solution that works best for multiple recipients.

Just use PushOver, using it for years and am very happy. You can even make groups to send notifications to specific users (or not)

For each Domoticz App user/phone/android device import the same google-services.json or do step 3B (Manually fill in the configuration)

On the Domoticz server the admin user (that also manages the firebase project) defines the keys and puts them into the server (Step 4 and 5)

So you send the same google-services.json file from step 3A to each user that you allow to use App notifications. With that file they can configure their app on their phone.
