Did you check the assigned devices list for your account in menu setup - users? It should be empty, if not you only see the assigned devices.

Walter, I don't know exactly what you mean but I forgot to mention these devices were visible before all the time.

Did you check the menu I suggested and did you check the device list attached to the user you are logged in with? See wiki:

Ha yes, I realy dislike this feature too.
If I m right all thoses devices are invisible, you need to move them from left to right.

On my side I m admin, and I need to enable all new device one by one.

On the left all devices are listed.
On the right nothing has been selected

If the right is empty for an admin (no assigned devices) it should see all active devices in the tabs when you logon with that account. Then no further action is needed when new devices are created (and activated).
If you need device sharing you should not use an admin user to do this.

@BartSr what devices are you missing on the tabs? Do they have something in common, like new, or from a specific gateway? Or is it just some random devices you do not see?
Are you using other accounts?

it seems random but most are just temp devices, some of them even idx 1,2,3,....
I checked database with db browser
all devices are there but the once's missing on the tabs are not updated since a week
I am admin, there are 3 more admins

I updated the database into another (test desktop) machine
same problems
then I removed all other admins
no effect
so I expect there's something wrong with database

Problem has been solved thanks to Gizmocus.
First to mention:

it has been my own fault.

I am having in hardware : dummy.
Then I needed a new hardware: P1 LAN.
My mistake: iso creating a new hardware for P1 I modified the hardware of dummy into P1 LAN device.
Because the P1 did not what I expected I disabled 'new' P1.
As a result ALL dummy devices where no longer visible.
Changing P1 back to hardware 'dummy' and enabeling this hardware brought back All devices.
