Custom graph enhancement

Hello,
would it make sense to be able adding any analog values to the graph, not necessarily only related to environment sensors like values?
For example it would be interesting to be combining external temperature and gas consumption for examble.
By the way, what is the set point check box for? I don't have any values there although I do have thermostatic radiator valves with setpoint.
