No login possible over putty

I can only login via the website http://192.168.x.x :8080/#/Dashboard, but can no longer login via Putty to 192.168.x.x.:22. :Connection refused
What to do about this?

Putty ssh you use to login to the server where Domoticz is running on, not in Domoticz itself. They are not related.
So google on your error, there are many reasons why it can not work.

Most likely you did and apt update/upgrade which disabled the plaintext ssh login.

Login via the console and google how to fix the ssh_config

Search for:

Code: Select all

# To disable tunneled clear text passwords, change to no here!
PasswordAuthentication yes

So PasswordAuthentication should be yes for clear text password login.
