Hi
i realized more test with zwave-js-ui and create a lot of device in domoticz and i removed the device

my question is , i created a lot of index and is it possible to re-index the device counter in the database ?

What do you mean?
Do you want to reset a counter value (energy/gas/water meter) and restart from zero or from another value to avoid a discontinuity in the graph/chart?

I think @pierrotori is referring to the device IDX running high due to making and deleting a lot of devices.
There is no need to worry about it. That IDX value can be very big and there is no need to start that IDX number counter from 0 or fill the gaps.
Domoticz running on Udoo X86 (on Ubuntu)
Devices/plugins: ZigbeeforDomoticz (with Xiaomi, Ikea, Tuya devices), Nefit Easy, Midea Airco, Omnik Solar, Goodwe Solar

The IDX is a unique identifier assigned to each device in Domoticz.
When you create and delete devices, IDXs may increase without being reused.
However, there is usually no need to reindex devices, as Domoticz handles high IDX values ​​automatically.
IDX values ​​can get very large without problem.
There is no need to reset the IDX counter from 0 or fill in the gaps.
Domoticz will continue to work correctly even with high IDX values.MaximTimeClock
