For now it only stays blank where i want the block Spotify.
Still running without issues for me. I've made a PR on github to include the latest version of spotify-web-api, but i've some doubts whether that will solve your problems.

Did you test while a spotify player is active in your local network? (Dashticz only is a remote control)

@Lokonli in the past i got spotify working with kiosk browser on android out of the blue it stopped working. You wrote in GitHub while back exact same issue. Other browser work great after the spotify prompt to login in.

Does someone know how to reset the spotify cache and i will get the prompt again to login?

Clearing website cache and cache from android webview + kiosk browser not working

The Spotify authorization is stored in a cookie.
If you delete the cookie it should show the Spotify login prompt again.

Is the redirect uri, that you used in the Spotify development console, still valid?

I have problems too with the spotify module.
I get the "Invalid redirect URI" error. I can correct this by editing the url en remove a (encoded) slash after my dashticz url:
"redirect_uri=http%3A%2F%2F192.168.6.11%3A8082%2F&client_id=xxxx "

So when I delete the marked %2F, all is ok and dashticz opens.

But the problem is, that I use dashticz on a Ipad and start de browser maximized, and there is no option to edit the url...
How can I make that the redirect works without editing?
The slash is not included in the redirect uri settings in the spotify developer page

Did you already try to add the slash to the redirect URI setting on https://developer.spotify.com ?

To be honest, no. Didn't seem logical to me as I have to remove the slash to get it to work.
Going to try it...

Were you able to solve your Dashticz + Fully Kiosk + Spotify issue? I have the same issue, when using dashticz in fully kiosk, I do not see the spotify block. When I open it on the same tablet in Chrome, I see it and can control it. I've tried to clear the cache (button in kiosk), but nothing happens. I'm not even prompted for spotify authorization again.
Anyone who is having Dashticz + Fully Kiosk + Spotify working?

Yes! Mine works fine on Fully Kiosk!
Did you select the device on block? did you see a "select list" and "select device" on block?

All is working in chrome on the tablet, but not in kiosk. So dashticz and spotify is configured well. But when opening in kiosk, there is nothing. No redirect to spotify to login, no spotify block, nothing. It's also not there if I delete the cache, as I would expect it to redirect it to spotify again to login there. I just don't think it is deleting the cache properly (or maybe not the cookies). I remember that maybe half a year ago I actually GOT redirected to spotify, but the keyboard overlay didn't popped up so I had no way entering the password. After that, I was never prompted to login to spotify so I guess the issue could be there if other people have a successful kiosk + spotify integration

Understand! Strange, mine works fine.
Did you buy the license?
Did you try uninstall Kiosk, and install again?

Hmm I'm one step further. While writing I assumed it really had to do something with cookies and not the cache. So changed some reload settings to clear cookies too. That helped. After that, it got me redirected to spotify and I was able to login. When it redirected me back, I noticed the spotify block for 1 second, then the screen turned into 'Domoticz authorization failure'. In the logs I see HTTP-401 messages from domoticz. New issue to tackle when I have the time, but I'm sure the spotify issue is solved.

REviving this old topic.

Came here to see if there was an solution for this problem. I too have the problem with redirect url. Tried several things, as https://192.168.0.11:8080/ (with and without the slash at the end. Also tried with a no-ip.net address.
On my local network I don't have a ssl certificate (can't get that too work), but on the no-ip I have.

The redirect URI in Spotify settings should be exactly the same as the URL you use to open Dashticz.

So if you open Dashticz with 'http://192.168.0.11:8080/' then this also is your redirect URI in Spotify

To use spotify the query parameters to open Dashticz are not supported.
So you can not use the following URL to open Dashticz: 'http://192.168.0.11:8080/?cfg=spotify.js'

Spotify doesn't enforce that the redirect URI is an https address: http is sufficient.
But again: it must be the same URL as how you open Dashticz.

This time I double checked and put in the correct URL where Dashticz lives, 'http://192.168.0.11:8082' but still the same error. Restarted computer and all, but no luck :(

The redirect URI in spotify needs a slash at the end. Did you try with that?
