Username / password fail in browser

Suddenly my Raspi installation of Domoticz seemed to have stopped reporting new values. The webbrowser worked fine, but all info had stopped after a certain time, some hours ago. I decided to restart the service on the Raspi. The webbrowser came back with a login screen. That was unusual as login always happened automatically. I entered username and password but was denied access. I have flushed the browser cache and tried different browsers on different computers, but all have the same response: re-enter username / password. I am sure the codes are OK, I can happily login to this forum. The problem seems to be on the Raspi, but the Domoticz service is running OK. What could be going wrong?

Thank you, I was not aware of that. It didn't help, however, as it produced a long list of Disk I/O errors. So, something must be wrong with the SD card or the filesystem. I will investigate that first.

Solved by running ./updaterelease
