Smooth light on and off (brightening, dimming)

Good morning.
Help me, I've run out of ideas. I have a bedside lamp with an Osram smart bulb. Everything works great, but....
Normal On/Off is OK, but since the bulb has an adjustable brightness level, it would be nice at night, after turning it on (in any way), instead of the usual ON/OFF, the bulb would brighten from zero to 100% in, say, a second or two and vice versa, i.e. it dimmed when turned off.
After two days of using Blockly, I haven't come up with anything, and unfortunately I don't know anything about dzvents. Can anyone help with this issue?

Yes indeed, with zigbee you can set transition times.
