Like the title says: AD adds new devices even when 'Accept new Hardware Devices' is off. I would expect it not to do so.
Is this a bug or is it as designed?
This is especially annoying when using auto discovery with RF devices (through OpenMQTTGeteway). Lots of devices in my neigbourhood are added to Domoticz even when I do not own them.
BTW I am using Domoticz 2023.1.
Thanks for any help,
Wim

Try to install a test environment with docker and check in latest beta of 2023.2. There are a lot of changes in MQTT AD since 2023.1

Well, I tested with beta 2023.2 but the behaviour is still the same.

Then I would propose to you to make a github issue https://github.com/domoticz/domoticz/issues
