Somewhat worrying log

From time to time, in my log I see this :

If I use Ipgetinfo i find a Russian owner ?!
It is not always the same IP but this happen quasi every day
What is this, is this worrying ???
My Domoticz is accessible on the web, is this a connection attempt???
