Device lost in Hardware, Found it in DB

Post by fipse »

Hi,

I recently did an update and one device is missing - let's call it 241 (P1 Smart Meter)

It's neither visible in the untility tab nor in the hardware list.

In the DB it's there - in MultiMeter_Carlendar and DeviceStatus

Other P1 Meters are there and working properly.
When i open https://ip/#/Devices/241/Log i get the right name on top but >no data to display< in every graph

Does anyone have an idea, why 241 keeps hiding everywhere in the GUI or what entry sould i check in the DB? I really want to keep it, since i've a year worth of historical data.

did you empty the assigned devices list of the admin user in menu Setup-Users?
When the related hardware gateway (menu setup - hardware) was disabled did you unset setting Hide disabled hardware devices in menu Setup - Settings?

1, yes it's all on the left
2. it's a "dummy" sensor, therfore is must be running. "Hide Disabled Hardware Sensors" is deactivated.

any other idea?
