Andriod app, blinds swiches works only one way

for the first time this year the blinds down with domoticz app. Downs it go but then up or stop does nothing. The app displayes that the key has been pressed. Only by website domoticz i can raise and stop the blinds.

I don't know when this error is raised

After reinstall wih only the local ip adres on the upper location of the server the blinds works perfect. When adding the external IP. The problem with he blinds is active again. This is repeatable, delete and reinstall, blinds working, change ip adresses, problems.

Other test, initial setup 100% functioning, after a change, like subscripion or server info, blinds are only go down.
