How do I assign devices to rooms?

Hi
I am using Domoticz 2022.2 on windows.
I would like to group sensors and switches by rooms.
Whilst the room dropdown appears on the main section pages, I cannot find how to assign a device to a room.
The instructions I have found suggest clicking on the name of the device in the device list and selecting the room...but the only clickable items on the device table are the icons for USE/EDIT/REMOVE/LOG ....the Edit simply allows for renaming the device.

I have tried to search the forum for this information to no avail, advice would be much appreciated, or I pointer to where this info is.

Room plans are needed if you use floorplans but can offcourse also be used without floorplans.
