Python plugin : AirSend

I wrote a new plugin aimed at sending commands to an AirSend box (https://devmel.com/), and listening to one channel (box limitations), available at https://github.com/FlyingDomotic/domoti ... nd-plugin/.

It's still in an early phase, and has only be tested with Bubbendorf and AvosDims covers.
