Progressive web app

Use this forum to discuss possible implementation of a new feature before opening a ticket.
A developer shall edit the topic title with "[xxx]" where xxx is the id of the accompanying tracker id.

Hello,

What about adding progressive web app manifest ? I saw a lot of code dealing with the cache in index.html and I don't know if it is compatible with progressive web app?

As it turns out, you can get a little bit of native-app-like functionality at a lower cost. That’s what progressive web apps (PWA) are for.

In the current beta there is no more appcache used
