Error: RFLink: Error opening serial port after upgrade to 2020.2

Hi

I run domoticz on a Synology DS216play nas. (no docker)

I was running 2020.1 for quite some time now without issues. I noticed the latest version for my NAS is 2020.2 so I decided to upgrade.

However, since the upgrade I have issues with my USB RFlink antenna. It is working fine but when I do a reboot of the NAS, domoticz doens't restore the connection with the RFlink. I have the following error in the log:

Error: RFLink: Error opening serial port!
Status: RFLink: serial retrying in 30 seconds...

When I simply replug(in the same port) the RFLink starts working fine again.

I already followed this doc: https://www.domoticz.com/wiki/PersistentUSBDevices

But unfortunately, it is not helping.

Hoping to find a solution here.
