E-Key Network interface integration over UDP

Dear all,

I invested a few $$ in a new fingerprint doorlock (e-key) they are providing a LAN interface in order to get access information true UDP.
I found a Video on this topic, where the LAN interface communicating with a UPD broker (on Rasperry PI) to run scenarios for the Philipps HUE and some voice system.

Could anybody guide me to realize this project or have already somebody done something like this?
