Cant reach server

Hi, after a running a day or somethimes a few days i cant reach Domoticz, and cant ssh into the raspberry pi.
I can ping the device and se all ports are open.
But cant connect, until I manually turn of power and start up again, Then everything works but again for a day or few days.
Im on buster and have it on a ssd drive, did apt get update and upgrade. So its all up to date,
I have wifi and ethernet connectted can ping both.
How to find the cause?

Check the domoticz log file and crash file.

Theres one error in crashlog about watchdog,
I never enabled watchdog dont now if its standard enabled?
Now i have it disabled, to see if the server keeps running now.
