Hi,
Maybe someone can help me...
I have been switching to ZwaveJS2MQTT and I think it is working better
My setup is:
ZwaveJS2MQTT is running on a docker on my Synology.
Domoticz is running in a VM also on the Synology.
If the docker of ZwaveJS2MQTT is starting later then Domoticz everything is running well.
If Domoticz is restarted or not ready Domoticz is not connected to ZwaveJS2MQTT.
I have to hit the save button on the ZwaveJS2MQTT control and after that all devices are recovered.
Has anyone a solution how I can trigger this from domoticz?
Thank you for helping.
ChriWo

Re: After restart of Domoticz connection to ZwaveJS2MQTT lost
There is no direct connection between Domoticz and ZWAVEJS2MQTT, they both communicate to a MQTT Daemon for the MQTT messages.
When you ensure that Discovery messages are RETAINED, Domoticz will rediscover the devices immediately after a restart, else it depends on whenever the Gateways send them again. This should happen immediately after Domoticz sends the "homeassistant/status online" message, but not sure whether all gateways properly conform to that.
