access without static ip?

is there any way or tool to access an RPi with domoticz installed, from anywhere on internet, when we can not purchase a static ip address for it?

I think you have to look into something like dyndns.

You don't need to open any ports.
Your Raspberry server can talk to any phone or computer that has a zerotier application and belongs to a private network.
It is safe
