weather station on 868 mhz

Good morning, I thought to be safe by buying a weather station from the list of the RFLink (Alecto WS 3900) and specifically buying a RFLink at 868mhz. The weather station (the base) makes contact with the outdoor sensors. But it's not listed among found devices. The RFLink seems to work because I can send commands. please help me

try debug mode, to see if any messages are received. What is the distance between rflink ant the outdoor sensors?

Has anyone ever been able to link this device to Domoticz?
It is special for sunshades and uses the 433.92MHz
It is a rain, wind and light sensor
