Zigbee2Mqtt network map arrows

Post by gert3d »

I use a cc2531 coordinator in a zigbee2Mqtt network with Domoticz v.1.18.1 (zStack12 20201127)

The zigbee network that can be generated (Custom tab) shows red arrows to and from the coordinator.
However, some devices are connected with a red arrow from the coordinator and a bold green arrow towards the coordinator.
Sometimes only one red arrow connects two devices, or connects a device to the coordinator
What is the meaning of these different situations, coloured arrows, and their direction?

What do the numbers mean: For the red/green arrow I see for instance: 40 ( routes: 28351) and below that: 132
For the red/red arrows I only see two numbers for instance 183 and 55

Of course I know it is related to connection quality, but is there any detailed information / knowledge on this?

In my case I see 13 devices connected with the coordinator, while others have an indirect connection via devices that act as router. Does this mean that I will be able to pair another 7 devices to the coordinator (20 seems to be the max for a cc2531)
