How to set up myDomoticz?

Hi everyone

I need some help setting up myDomoticz. I've setup at an account at my.domoticz.com, donated 5 EUR and when I login I get this screen:

When I go to settings I see this:

myDomoticz is enabled at my local domoticz instance running on raspberry:

What do I do next to get my domoticz running and communicating to my local domoticz?

I get this error message in the log:
2020-10-11 13:14:07.625 Error: No servers are configured. Hence mydomoticz will not be started either (if configured)

A rectification.
a new installation with version 10717 and an http port number of 8090 for example works without problem.
An update to 10826 causes the alert about "manufacturer_specific.xml" to reappear.
