onStop call back not called immediatly

Since few version of Domoticz, I see often the onStop call back taking several seconds to be call after a stop of the plugin from the Hardware menu
Don't know if that come from the recent changes on Domoticz Mutex or from the Plugin Framework changes but that is anoying as some time, we never get the onStop !!!

Here after is an example

- Stop directive call at 21:11:00.918
- onStop call back inside the plugin 21:11:41.596

I cannot really say at what version I started to have the problem, but it started since maximum 2 weeks, and I more-less have a daily build .
The logs I have included here are with Domoticz 13119
