New Python plugin: Controll Motion Rolling Shades / blinds by Coulisse thru 433MHz Wifi bridge

I don't know how many other brands and types of shades, blinds and curtains use the same platform/protocol. But I wrote a simple plugin to control the Motion rolling shade motors that I bought at Hornbach. They are also available at robbshop in the Netherlands.

The plugin wil update the current state, including battery and signal level, and allows you to control the blinds. Opening, closing or setting them to a exact position (percentage).
