email notification on openwrt os

Hi there I being trying to get gmail to work with the notification - but I am not certain if I have all the prequisites installed for it as it is an openwrt install.. when I check through your forum threads others get more of an error code in the logs then I am getting
all I get is this as a error log
2019-03-20 21:05:45.835 Notification sent (email) => Failed
2019-03-20 21:05:45.848 Active notification Subsystems: email (1/13)

so I am not sure if the prerequisite are all installed for email on domoticz since openwrt tends to install only the very base requirements.. are there other prequisits that might be required..

I am having the same issue with email notification on openwrt. Have you solved it?

Email notification is managed by libcurl package. I have re-compiled this package with SMTP enabled. I have removed domoticz , installed the newly compiled package(libcurl) then reinstalled domoticz. Now email notification works.
