Good thermostats with ACTUAL and TARGET setting ?

Hi

My Danfoss Popp are now more and more broken.
After 3 years this is not good.
Now I'm looking for replacements with ACTUAL and TARGET setting.

What can you recommend in Z-Wave, which is also good and cheap ?
