LUA script to prevent smoke entering your house

Do you need to stop ventilation when wind comes from certain directions, to avoid combustion smoke entering your house?
I've written a simple LUA script for domoticz that automatically stops ventilation if there's no wind, or wind from certain directions, otherwise starts ventilation again.
The script is available in github, name script_time_rainCheck.lua
It also disable one or more devices when it rains heavily (I used this function to disable external socket in the garden connected to the Christmas tree).
