user rights for floorplan

Use this forum to discuss possible implementation of a new feature before opening a ticket.
A developer shall edit the topic title with "[xxx]" where xxx is the id of the accompanying tracker id.

user rights for floorplan

Hi,

I made a user for my tablet on the wall, with floorplans.
That user can switch of course lights.

But i don't want that this user can switch lights in the bedrooms,
but i want them visible. Just to see if they are on or off. Is that possible?
What i need is user and view rights for some lights.

Hi,

Just configure the switches as protected and keep the password secret.

The problem with that is, that every switch in the bedroom needs a password....
