Migration Z_wave Config from Razberry to AEON GEN-5 Stick

I like to migrate from a Raspberry pi 1 with razberry z-wave board to a raspberry pi 3 with the Z-Stick Gen5. It's running on domoticz.
How could i transfer the zwave-config from the razberry to the z-stick?

In the first step I have connected the AEON Z-Stick also on rpi 1, so that both z-wave controllers are connected, is it possible to use the internal open zwave commands to copy the config from razberry to aeon z-stick? (see pictures)

You maybe can use the Zwave PC controller tool.
There is a back-up function in thi sprogram, but i've never used it myself.
