Yes, you are right, they can’t be on the same hub because for some reasons the system is restarting the usb port where the zigbee usb sticker is connected and if it is in the same hub it restarts the hub. This causes z-wave sticker to loose connection with domoticz.

I had no problems since I connected only zwave stick in the hub.
You can use another hub if you have more usb devices to connect
