Zigate and Aqara Relay Error OUT OF RANGE

Hi,

From a while i have a strange error from Aqara Relay (i have 2 relays same model in 2 different places of the house). Every few minutes i recived in Domoticz logs error OUT of range from every relays but ONLY ON CHANNEL 1. When it occurs this error all my automation doesn't work or they have a big delay 5-10 seconds. I checked the level signal for every relay is 3 for channel 1 and 4 or better on channel 2. I don't know what is the problem.

The message indicate that the devices 59c0 , c023 are reported bad data as regards to Instant Power.

Now, you are refering to channel 1 and or channel 2. What channels are you referring ?

Which version of the plugin and which branch are you ?

59c0 - is Aqara relay from kitchen room lights and c023 is Aqara relay from roller blinds, is 2 different devices. The error is on channel 1 for both relays. I using domoticz 2020.2 build 12709 and Zigate Plugin: 4.12.062 beta branch

I think the problem has arisen since I installed the relay no 2 (c023) but i'm not sure.

I don't understand what you mean by Channel 1 ? There is no channel 1 on Zigbee nor on Zigate.

I think he uses the aqara relay https://zigbee.blakadder.com/Xiaomi_LLKZMK11LM.html that has 2 relays (=channel). So he has an issue on one of the 2 relays in the device.

Yes I use 2 x Xiaomi Aqara relay https://zigbee.blakadder.com/Xiaomi_LLKZMK11LM.html everyone as 2 ways/switches (sorry my bad i said 2 channels in my post) I did not refer to zigbee channels. I have this error only on first way(first switch widget in domoticz or so i think) for both Aqara relays.

Export from zigate webadmin

What I need is an export of the Plugin RAW Devices (json).
Could you also enable some debug parameter ( Tools-> Debug Advanced )
- debugLumi
- debugClusters

When they are enabled, then just do the actions on 1 relay (which work) and 1 action on 1 relay which doesn't work.

You have 2 switches and each of 2 "channels", correct ?
You have the same behaviour on each, correct ?
Behaviour is "ReadCluster 0b04 - c023/…ata: ffff Out of Range!!"
on the other the 2 switches performs the action requested , correct ?
